Rush Concert Tickets

Geddy Lee, Rush’s front man, has been rockin’ with the other members of the Canadian rock band since the 1970s.  The bands latest tour, titled Snakes & Arrows , will plow through 45 North American cities this summer.

Rush Concert TicketsThis is Rush’s first tour since their 30-year anniversary excursion back in 2004.  Atlanta Georgia has been marked as the first city with a slew of US and Canada cities ending in Kanata, Ontario September 21st.  With no break in site Rush will launch the European leg of the Snakes & Arrows tour October 3, 2007.

As with most tours a new Rush album simply titled “Snakes” is due out May 1st.  This marks the bands first new release since their 2002 “Vapor” Trails” LP.  “Snakes” was recorded in the fall of 2006.  Nick Raskulineca produced some of the tracks (Nick is best known for his Grammy winning Foo Fighters, Velvet Revolver production).

The first cut released by Rush, titled “Far Cry”, hit the top 10 in the rock radio world.  It also was the number one most added song.  With over 35 million albums sold over their 30 year run, this years concert and new release will keep them rocking for years to come.

In a final note – Rush is up for a Juno Award next month for its Rush-R30 30th Anniversary Tour (Deluxe Edition) set, which captures the band’s 30th Anniversary Tour stop in Frankfurt, Germany.
