Carrie Underwood has been the subject of the media ever since she won American Idol season four. Her success has already surpassed her triumph on the popular competitive talent show, earning numerous awards and accolades as a brilliant pop country singer. But while her exposure on American Idol has positively opened doors for her career, opportunities for love have been slim for this native of Checotah, Oklahoma.
In the past, Underwood has been linked to a few celebrities, including Oliver Trevena, who is a British singer, and Tony Romo, who is a Dallas Cowboy quarterback. Nevertheless, the romantic buzz never really developed into a relationship.
Recently named as “Sexiest Female Musician” by Victoria’s Secret, this magna cum laude graduate certainly proves that she has the beauty and the brains to attract possible suitors. But whether it’s because of her being preoccupied with her music career or just simply not being able to find Mr. Right, Underwood remains to be loveless at the moment. Despite being single, the American Idol champ remains to be positive about finding her match.
Although she doesn’t want to get married in the near future, she claims that she is eager to have someone by her side, especially when she has some good news about her life.
On the other hand, the 24-year old singer has become quite skeptical when it comes to the suitors who want to date her because of her fame and stardom that has allegedly become an obstacle in seeing their real intentions.
Meanwhile, she is focused in her singing career and looking good, not just because she wants to attract men, but because she wants to keep her stance in the industry. Aware of what the entertainment industry call for, she maintains a healthy lifestyle and tries to look pleasing in the eyes of her supporters.
